Our mystical and spiritual guidance services are provided for entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice, medical guidance, or predictions of future events.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any readings, predictions, or guidance provided through our App.
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information received through our App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortivana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortivana and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our App or violation of these Terms.
